Brian Caltagirone currently leads an $850M+ revenue segment within a $2B+ services business built through more than 40 acquisitions, overseeing sales, marketing, e-commerce, analytics, and operational integration across a multi-entity environment.
His experience includes consolidating fragmented businesses through centralized systems, scalable operating processes, and aligned commercial strategy.
Brian maintains an active presence in Lisboa, Portugal, with direct exposure to the Portuguese football ecosystem, including academy pathways, player development environments, and lower-division club structures.

Michael is a global technology and transformation executive with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise modernization, operational scale, and digital transformation initiatives across complex organizations.
He has led more than 50 acquisitions representing over $5B in enterprise value, with deep expertise in AI, data systems, M&A integration, and scalable operating platforms.
At AVANTI Football Group, Michael leads the development of the company’s centralized technology, analytics, and operational infrastructure supporting scalable multi-club operations and long-term value creation.
